The MDA partnership will complement Valuescape’s existing property information and contribute to the overall accuracy of our automated valuation products. Our IVM® technology is unique in that it will now provide appraisers direct access to MDA’s rich property data archive. Together, the data and powerful statistically validated analytical tools, will provide greater speed and accuracy in delivering appraisals required for mortgages, equity loans and other valuation dependant needs.
