David Dill

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

David Dill has worked in the real estate industry for 20 years. His entrepreneurial spirit began with a career in analyzing and purchasing private loans on the secondary market. After building a significant portfolio, David investigated several other areas of investment, specifically amassing commercial property.

David is a visionary, imagining the art of the possible and taking the necessary calculated risks to nurture that vision to fruition. He has had great success in assembling parcels for specific purchasers, and selling to such anchor businesses as McDonald’s and Amoco. His real estate investments range from single residents to larger apartment complexes to commercial real estate development ventures.

David also has extensive relationships within the national banking industry. He has managed diverse bank portfolios and has profound intuition of lender expectations of outside vendors, giving him a unique perspective on managing such relationships well.

In 1996, at a time when other appraisal companies were closing their doors, David created Synergy Appraisal Services, built on a foundation of unparalleled service. Synergy continued to flourish and grow, with each year exceeding the last. Synergy survived the volatile market swings, adapting and diversifying, ever-mindful of strategically positioning the Company for continued growth and a bright future.

In 2008, Synergy Appraisal Services merged with Rocky Mountain Valuation Services, and Trice Valuation to form Valuescape LLC, a Delaware company, headquartered in Lakewood CO, with nearly 100 employees performing residential and commercial appraisal services nationwide. Most recently, ValueScape entered a strategic partnership with MacDonald Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (MDA), a provider of essential information solutions, to combine services in offerings to a wider range of clients to provide alternative property valuation solutions.
