Valuescape Operations
Valuescape has taken great pride in putting together an operations team that provides exceptional customer service to clients and appraisers alike. Our coordinators and Team Leads all have a mortgage/appraisal background allowing them to provide hands on solutions to issues and concerns. With both an east coast and mountain office, they are able to provide extended coverage to meet all appraisal needs. An innovative Valuation Management System (VMS) provides them with easy access to all order information further enhancing the “hands on” abilities for them to service all customers’ needs.
When joining the Valuescape Operations team you are given extensive training within the VMS system as well as other industry leading tools. Detailed process manuals and training are provided in order to make the transition to the Valuescape way an easy and comfortable transition. One-on-one training with the Team Lead and Project Manager’s provide a thorough look at all possible situations the Operations Team may encounter.
Valuescape Sales
Not just sales, but rather localized solutions and service. Strategically positioned in key markets throughout the United States our Account Executive team members research the market, assess the unique needs and work with the operations team and local appraisers to deliver. Aided by a comprehensive set of communications tools including a strong Web presence, direct marketing, support collateral, and a state-of-the-art CRM system, our AE’s are equipped to educate the market and get the word out.
